Our VexIQ Winter/Spring session is open for children in grades 3 through 7.
Team members will
- design and build a robot which can score the most points on this year’s challenge
- control their robot using remote control and by autonomous programming.
Programming is learned and executed using a language known as RobotC – which is a version of C.
Participants will also get to work on the construction of the VEX robotic system, including the use of sensors.
The VEXIQ Challenge is an annual competition which includes an Elementary Division and a Middle School Division.
The Winter/Spring session is intended to prepare participants for the 2019 tournament season.
